Throughout the year, Norfork Lake hosts several “anchor” events that draw visitors from across the country.
Independence Eve Fireworks (July 3rd): Norfork Lake is famous for its fireworks display over the water, held the night before the 4th of July. It is one of the largest displays in the region, with spectators watching from hundreds of boats near the Twin Bridges.
Norfork Pioneer Days (May): A celebration of the historic town of Norfork, featuring local crafts, historical reenactments, and community food.
The Bridge-to-Bridge Run: A scenic and challenging run that takes participants across our iconic high-span bridges with breathtaking lake views.
